Summary of Sponsor Opportunities

This year we have a wide array of opportunities to choose from. Platinum for our most prestigious sponsor. Gold for the 2 sponsors that want to shine. Silver for 4 of our sponsors. Finally, there are 6 Bronze openings. In addition, we have included several options to host events and fun items for our attendees. Please see the attached breakdown for full details.

This year we are adding a few new options including charging station(s), notebooks and coffee cup sleeves to help you get your logo front and center with our members and attendees. Our vendor liaison will be happy to work with you to make sure these items meet your high standards as well as ours.

Exhibitor Opportunities 

Exhibit space will be open on both days of the conference from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, located in the main entrance to the primary conference room. Attendees will also be directed to the exhibit space during breaks and meals. Exhibit space may be purchased separately or included in our full conference sponsorship packages. Please refer to the sponsorship opportunities page for details.

STORAGE: You are responsible for all shipping, handling and payment arrangements for any Items to be shipped to the facility.

1. All Items must be addressed to the attention of Saguaro Scottsdale – Banquet Department (4000 N. Drinkwater Blvd. Scottsdale, AZ 85251, and must clearly identify:

• The name of the contact picking up these items
• Your organization name
• The date of the event (August 22 & 23)
• We also suggest including “AESA Annual Conference” on the package. The Hotel will neither receive nor store any Items more than 72 hours in advance of your event.

2. The Hotel will neither receive nor store any items more than 72 hours in advance without prior approval. Therefore, if necessary, you must make arrangements with your shipping company to receive and store such Items and have them delivered to the facility no earlier than 72 hours prior to your event.

3. In addition, you must give Saguaro Scottsdale Banquet Department prior notification of all incoming deliveries.

4. All unlabeled and unclaimed Items will be discarded seven days following completion of your event.

5. Finally, a $5.00 fee will be added to your invoice for each box that is shipped/stored.
